Tasty variant of the classic pastry dough. The high percentage of rice flour used makes this sweet even smoother and more friable. Good as a base for a lot of cakes. Absolutely to try. 300g pack.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 00, butter (32%), sugar, rice flour (15%), eggs, egg yolk, salt, flavourings.
