“Sbrisolona” cake with chocolate drops

Traditional sweet with the addition of rice flour and chocolate drops to make it more friable, tasty and delicate. "Sbrisolona" should not be cut but rigorously crushed with a light fist in the center. Coupled with a shot of our “Rice water”!

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 00, rice flour, cornflour, almonds, chocolate, sugar, butter, lard, eggs, salt, natural flavors.
