Vialone Nano rice

Vialone Nano rice is considered by all to be the finest rice for "risotto". This quality is recognized throughout the world and is a pride of the Italian production. Born in 1937 from a junction between Vialone and Nano varieties, it has a more rounded grain. It absorbs the seasoning very well and is suitable for risottos, baked meals, soups and sweets.
